How many people can you photograph in a day?
Most teams of up to 15 people can be covered in a half-day session. Larger teams — 30 people and above — are spread across a full day or scheduled across multiple visits, depending on what works best for your business. I’ll work around your diary, not the other way around.
How long does each person take?
Usually 10 to 15 minutes per person in front of the camera. I keep the sessions focused and efficient — most people are pleasantly surprised by how quick and painless it is.
What do you bring on the day?
Everything. Full professional lighting, backdrop, and camera equipment and a beauty/grooming kit. All I need from you is a suitable space — a meeting room, boardroom, or open area works perfectly. There’s no venue hire and nothing for your team to organise.
How much does a corporate headshot session cost?
Pricing depends on team size, location, and the number of images required. The best way to get an accurate figure is a quick call — I’ll give you a clear quote with no hidden costs.
How long until we receive the final images?
Retouched images are delivered within 5 to 7 working days of the shoot. If you have a specific deadline — a website launch, a new joiner announcement, an event — let me know upfront and I’ll do my best to accommodate it.
What format are the images delivered in?
High resolution JPEG for print, presentations, and pitch decks — plus web-optimised versions ready for LinkedIn, your company website, and internal platforms. Everything is labelled and organised so it’s easy to distribute across your team.
Do our team need any experience being photographed?
Not at all. In fact, most of my corporate clients tell me their staff were dreading it and ended up enjoying it. I guide everyone through the session — there’s no awkward posing, no pressure, and no wasted time. Getting people to relax quickly is something I’ve spent years getting good at.
Can you photograph individuals as well as teams?
Yes. If you have a new joiner, a board member who missed the main session, or a senior leader who needs updated headshots separately, I can arrange an individual session — either on-location at your office or at the studio in Motspur Park.
Do you offer studio sessions as well as on-location?
Yes. For individuals who’d prefer to come to me, the studio in Motspur Park, South West London is fully equipped and available for bookings throughout the week.
